How do special order works?

Before we started Millicent Golf, we run a successful custom fitting workshop in Singapore and we still do! Therefore we have access to hundreds of shafts and grips from the big names in the market that makes it impossible for us to list everyone of them on the website. If you know what you want, chances are we have it. Just let us know what you're looking for by filling out this Custom Order Form here, and we'll make sure your golf set is exactly what you're after. We're here to make things easy for you.
What if I've made a mistake on my order?

All good if we have not shipped your order. Just email us at hello@millicentgolf.com and we shall get your changes done and will let you know the additional charges if there is any. Do expect a slight delay in shipment.
Do you have a demo program?

The Millicent #7 iron demo program is designed for you to test our iron heads at a discounted price. We only provide a standard shaft of Nippon NS Pro 950GH for steel and Fujikura Vista Pro 60 with various flex options to test the heads. If you decide to buy the iron set, contact us at hello@millicentgolf.com and we'll work with you to find the right setup, rebuild you a new #7 iron and credit your order for the price you paid for the demo. We would greatly appreciate it if you could pass on your old demo to a friend to spread the Millicent love.
Where can I get fit for Millicent clubs?

Millicent Golf operates as a 100% ecommerce store, and as such, in-store face-to-face custom fitting sessions are not available. Our commitment to keeping prices competitive involves eliminating overheads such as brick-and-mortar rent and staff costs. However, we understand the importance of getting the right fit for your clubs. That's why we've introduced the Fitting Reimbursement Program. Here's how it works: Golfers can visit their local store for a fitting session, provide us with the specs, and we'll work on it from there. It's akin to getting a doctor's prescription and then heading to the pharmacy for your medicine. For more details on how to participate in the Fitting Reimbursement Program, please visit this page. We believe in ensuring that you have access to the best possible fit for your Millicent clubs, even if it means partnering with local fitting facilities.
Where are Millicent clubs manufactured?

Millicent heads are manufactured at the same factories as some of the well known Japanese forged brands. Your orders are hand assembled in Singapore.
Who pays for the import duties and taxes?

Applicable import duties and taxes will be your responsibilities and are not inclusive of shipping fees.
